Discover a friendly, non‑dogmatic space to learn and practice meditation, inspired by Paramhansa Yoganandas teaching of Kriya Yoga.
Each meetup includes gentle movements to energize the body, guided meditation, brief inspiration from Yogananda’s teachings on joyful living, and time for questions and shared reflection, suitable for complete beginners and experienced meditators alike.
There are no fees to attend; donations from the heart are welcome but never required, and all sincere seekers are invited regardless of background or belief.
